Services

We have applied our experience and skillset to develop change management and data analytics services across both Urgent and Elective care pathways.

Each programme is designed to find opportunities and deliver capacity whilst developing capability in the existing workforce. This enhances the ownership of the change and gives a foundation on which improvements can be made beyond our time supporting the organisation.

Urgent & Emergency Care

Operational consulting and support to improve Urgent & Emergency Care capacity, resilience and performance.

Our philosophy is to use small teams of highly experienced operational and improvement specialists, with a track record of working for and in the NHS, to support your teams and give them the capacity to improve and deliver core services to patients.

We ensure that each element of the UEC pathway is engaged to ensure its recognition as a Trust and/or System-wide priority.

"The difference between Prism and other agencies is the hands-on operational support Prism have been able to provide, which sets it aside from others."

Elective Care

Transformation of clinical services needs to be ambitious with higher expectations of delivery and a focus on creating a sustainable service that will meet targets.

Through our collaboration with data and analytics specialists, Four Eyes Insight, we offer healthcare management and consulting packages across the full elective care pathway, targeting clinical optimisation that delivers on NHS priorities.

Pathways covered:

  • Outpatients
  • Theatres
  • Pre-assessment
  • Referral management

"Four Eyes Insight supported us really well with the implementation of key theatre efficiency principles and what struck me was the volume of work they did in the background and how positive they are."

Diagnostics

Diagnostic access and performance remain a significant issue in the NHS due to deterioration in wait times and performance standards, as well as the negative impact this has on timely diagnosis and outcomes, particularly cancer.

We offer a broad range of diagnostic-focused consulting and services delivered by our teams along with endoscopy subject matter experts and JAG assessors Debbie Johnston and Jo Womsley.

"We would not have achieved JAG accreditation without your knowledge and expertise."
